Meeting the Demand: One Urban’s Rental Division

As developers, we aspire to build adaptable urban spaces that address the diverse needs of residents. With every project, One Urban is committed to understanding our neighbours and the communities we’re building in.

As it becomes increasingly tough for families to purchase new homes, many rely on the rental market to satisfy their housing needs. Recognizing a demand for this, we set out to design modern purpose-built spaces within our new multi-family Rental Division.

Partnering with leading industry consultants and skilled trade professionals our upcoming purpose-built developments in Oakville and Barrie will provide forward-thinking living for renters. These rental communities are thoughtfully designed with retail shoppes at the ground level, to also create local business opportunities in the surrounding areas.

“There is a huge shortage right now for new, quality rentals in the GTA and our multi-family rental division aims to help address the growing demand.”  says Nick Stillo, One Urban Principal and COO. “Oakville and Barrie are hot real estate markets that are inundated with unseemly managed condo rental units yet lack modern and trendy purpose-built rental communities.” says Stillo.

An update on current projects

One Urban has been diligently working to ensure construction timelines are met with 430 ESSA on the rise. Our ultimate goal is to provide housing to our purchasers without delay. Be sure to keep up with us on social media for current updates on construction @oneurban.ca

Currently planning as part of our Rental Division, we anticipate our neighbouring development 440 ESSA to begin construction in 2022. We look forward to providing more details about this modern community, our second development to be located in Barrie.
