For Nick Stillo, his roots in the real estate development industry run very deep. Shadowing his father, One Urban CEO Domenic Stillo, Nick has developed a sophisticated understanding of the industry from a very early age. Today, Nick oversees all of One Urban’s operations from land assemblies and acquisitions, to project development, construction, and final project registration. For Nick, being part of the One Urban team means having the opportunity to shape the GTA’s urban landscape while enhancing the standard of modern living for future generations with a sharp focus on sustainability, innovation and design.
